Review Ingredient Name Label (PRA-COS-RW)

**Ingredients Review against Health Canada’s Hotlist;
• Ingredients Review for proper INCI names;
• Label Review for compliance with Health Canada’s Food and Drug Regulations and other applicable guidelines: ingredients, claims, mandatory information, etc.;
• Label Review for accuracy and completeness and compliance of bilingual (French – English) content;
• Product claims review for compliance with Health Canada’ Cosmetic Regulations and Health Canada’s Guidelines for Cosmetic Advertising and Labelling Claims.
** Make-up Products are identified per base formula; no additional cost for shades of products with the same base formula (i.e. same ingredient and concentration).
**Time Frame: 1 to 4 working days to be evaluated.

Translating Services (PRA-COS-Tra)

*we assume 8 products are passed at FRA-COS-RW
*Our service fee for Label Translation from English to French Canadian
*Time Frame: 3 to 4 working days.

Cosmetics Registration (PRA-COS-CNF)

*we assume 8 products are passed at FRA-COS-RW
*Our service fee for CNF registration CANADA
*Time Frame: 3 to 4 working days.

Local Responsible Person (PRA-COS-RP)

Responsible person on behalf of the foreign manufacturer/brand
• Submission of Cosmetic Notification Forms (CNFs) to Health Canada for each cosmetic product intended for sale in Canada. (Charged separately)
• Ensuring that product labels meet Health Canada’s bilingual (English and French) labeling requirements and other regulatory guidelines.
• Acting as the main point of contact for Health Canada, including handling inquiries, inspections, or compliance-related matters. • Assisting with the documentation of adverse event reporting or product recalls.
• Maintaining records of product compliance, including copies of submitted CNFs and supporting documentation.
